SmallTalk2Me is an AI-based tool for assessing and improving spoken English. We enable companies to assess their candidate's and employee's language proficiency and help non-native English speakers enhance their communication ability.
Our mission is to help people enhance their ability to communicate in a foreign language.
Our ambitious goal is to be #1 Tool for professionals who want to improve their spoken English. To achieve and drive the goal, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and lead new products implementation.
Responsibilities
As Product Manager, you are responsible for defining new experimental products and executing them into new markets.

- do market research, get insights from current, potential customers and internal stakeholders for defining new solutions
- build the product strategy and roadmap
- prioritizing features and experiments
- coordinate execution of new solutions with the development team
- collaborate regularly with Sales team, Customer Success team and internal stakeholders
- own the outcomes & success metrics and measure the impact & adapt the roadmap.
Qualifications
- 3+ years demonstrable experience building and shipping technology products and managing it through the entire life cycle
- strong fundamentals in product, UX, business thinking
- strong analytical skills and ability to work in a hypothesis and experiment driven environment
- comfortable with uncertainty as well as evolving requirements as we learn more about market needs
- ability to be creative in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills to make complex topics accessible
- well acquainted with machine learning, NLP, speech recognition technologies
- fluent in written and oral English.
Location
This is a full-time remote role. Work schedule is flexible as you'll work with a team in many different time zones (Mainly Central Europe and PST time zones).
