SmallTalk2Me is an AI-based tool for assessing and improving spoken English. We enable companies to assess their candidate's and employee's language proficiency and help non-native English speakers enhance their communication ability.

Our mission is to help people enhance their ability to communicate in a foreign language.

Our ambitious goal is to be #1 Tool for professionals who want to improve their spoken English. To achieve and drive the goal, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and lead new products implementation.

As Product Manager, you are responsible for defining new experimental products and executing them into new markets.

Your responsibilities include:

  • do market research, get insights from current, potential customers and internal stakeholders for defining new solutions
  • build the product strategy and roadmap
  • prioritizing features and experiments
  • coordinate execution of new solutions with the development team
  • collaborate regularly with Sales team, Customer Success team and internal stakeholders
  • own the outcomes & success metrics and measure the impact & adapt the roadmap.
  • 3+ years demonstrable experience building and shipping technology products and managing it through the entire life cycle
  • strong fundamentals in product, UX, business thinking
  • strong analytical skills and ability to work in a hypothesis and experiment driven environment
  • comfortable with uncertainty as well as evolving requirements as we learn more about market needs
  • ability to be creative in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills to make complex topics accessible
  • well acquainted with machine learning, NLP, speech recognition technologies
  • fluent in written and oral English.
This is a full-time remote role. Work schedule is flexible as you'll work with a team in many different time zones (Mainly Central Europe and PST time zones).
