The opportunity
SmallTalk is an AI-based tool for assessing and improving spoken English. We enable companies to assess their candidate's and employee's language proficiency and help non-native English speakers enhance their communication ability.

Our mission is to help businesses of all sizes to up-level the quality of communication of their customers' service and within their international teams.

Our ambitious goal is to be #1 Tool in language proficiency assessment. To achieve the goal, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • successfully onboard new business users by training them
  • be the primary point of contact and build strong long-term relationships with key customer accounts and customer stakeholders
  • deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • create and manage feedback loops, gathering actionable insights that will inform the product roadmap
  • track all customer-related activities and deliverables, pipeline management, and revenue projection
  • acting as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:

  • has a proven track record of delivering very high customer satisfaction scores
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to customer
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers
  • time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and customers at once
  • advanced negotiation skills.
  • self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
